It has been 49 hours since my last Tram-pooh, day 2 is well on its way. I woke up with more anxiety than I did yesterday morning. I couldn't get out of bed when the alarm went off. I had to sort of ease into waking up, so my hubby got the kids ready. I took an L-Theanine once my feet hit the floor and then another one shortly after that because one wasn't doing the job quite so good. That stuff really does help. BUT I am kinda "jittery"..
