Also the other thing i suffered badly with is a feeling of depression. It was mostly come at dinner time(bout 6ish) and would last pretty much all evening. I have realized something. I realized that I was taking this pill to make me "spunkier" (which soon stopped!). I was using this to get rid of worries, boredom, etc. I am realizing that it is okay to have days when I am a little bored.
