I have 2 boys aged 7 and 4 and it is really terrible feeling that way and trying to be a mum and look after the house. I didnt sleep for the first6 days and then on day 7 i slept and it was pretty much ok since then except a bad night last night, but i can handle one night it was just the week of no sleep that i couldnt take. More energy after dinner. Have been really craving protein and salads. Also fresh fruit -- grapes, watermelon.
