I slept 4 hours of wonderful, soothing, healing sleep last night all at once and another hour by itself. 5 Total Hours. This is HUGE. And when I awoke from my 4 hours of rest I was sweating and feeling like you to when you have had a high fever for a couple of days and it finally breaks.
