Thanks to one member who voted. If you guys have experienced less pain from coming off this drug, I am I am sure others would LOVE to hear it. So , thanks to the one member and please, it would take a sec., can we hear from others that experienced what I could think of. I woke up with more anxiety than I did yesterday morning. I couldn't get out of bed when the alarm went off. I had to sort of ease into waking up, so my hubby got the kids ready. I took an L-Theanine once my feet hit the floor and then another one shortly after that because one wasn't doing the job quite so good. That stuff really does help. I realized that I was taking this pill to make me "spunkier" (which soon stopped!). I was using this to get rid of worries, boredom, etc. I am realizing that it is okay to have days when I am a little bored.
